Bay Geeks was founded in 2004 out of pure necessity to meet the needs of friends and families struggling with their computers. We had spent years helping folks with their technical issues when suddenly we realized that our community was lacking a repair shop that not only offered expert service from qualified technicians, but also a client focused experience to our customers. Fast forward all these years and our same model still applies, however in a larger scale serving residents and businesses all over the country. We are committed to helping you understand and conquer your technology conundrums.

A note from the owner:
After serving in the US Navy in the Advanced Electronic and Computer program as an Electronic Technician, I was really enthusiastic about computers and technology in general. As a passionate novice, I quickly learned that the “Geek” connotation didn’t always come with the best reputation, so I made it my mission to build our business with the customer experience in mind. We are very selective in the hiring process as we’ve spent over a decade building solid relationships in our community and beyond, so having the right team to do the job is what turns our customers into long lasting clients. As I learned more about sustaining a business, I wanted our clients to know that although we work with the latest and most innovative technology available, our customer service approach is based on old fashioned principles. We’re committed to relieving the stress and frustrations that take the fun out of computers and technology. I am honored and thankful that our business has helped thousands of folks over the last decade and look forward to the opportunity to earn your business.
