Our Automated Maintenance Plan monitors and maintains your computer to enhance performance and protect against attacks. Our systems check-in with your computer throughout the day and alert us when a problem is detected. This allows us to address issues so that when you have a paper to grade (or write), photos to view or games to play, your computer won’t give you trouble. If you’re looking for a more “hands on” approach rather than automated maintenance, this plan is for you. Our Premium Maintenance Plan offers all the features of our Basic Plan plus Remote Support, giving you access to a technician remotely when needed.
